Policy Update

Late Payments & Disconnection of Service

As always, all payments for monthly service are due on the 1st of each month.  Per the new policy, any payment received between the 2nd and the 15th of the month will be considered late but with no penalty.  This will be the new “grace period”. If a payment that is due on the 1st is not received on or before the 15th day of the current month, Kansas Broadband Internet will shut that service off and charge the customer a disconnection fee of $25.

If service has been terminated for nonpayment, it may be reestablished by bringing the account balance current. This will include a $25 disconnection fee. Payment must be made in full.

Reconnection may take up to 24 hours after the payment has been received in full. Note that check and ACH payments may take up to 5 business days to process.  Absolutely no service will be reconnected after regular business hours if disconnected for nonpayment.

Effective January 1, 2022
