Microsoft Updates, Fortnite on your Phone, and Cricut Design Space

Keep your computer safe while also keeping your kids busy and even yourself busy with 3 easy apps for your computer, phone or iPad. Microsoft Security can be installed on computers with Windows 7 or earlier. Is your teenager upset that you made them leave their game of Fortnite to go somewhere? Have your kiddos download Fortnite Beta now available on Apple and some Android devices. Also for the creative-eclectic individuals out there, Cricut has an app you can now download. With Cricut Design Space you can FINALLY design on the go.

Microsoft Security Essentials

Protect your PC with the newest Windows Defender and help keep viruses from attacking your computer while your children do their homework or even when they are enjoying their games. This software is already built into the latest version of Windows and helps guard your PC against viruses and other malware. If you have recently updated your Windows (Windows 8, Windows RT, Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, and Windows 10), then you are good, but for a PC running an older version of Windows 7, you can download Microsoft Security Essentials for the low, low price of FREE.

Fortnite Beta on Android

Fortnite Beta on Android has finally launched. iPhone users have been able to play for a few months now, but Android users have been patiently waiting. Epic is using a special Fortnite Installer on the company's website, so you're not going to find what you're looking for in the Google Play Store like other mobile games. Searching for "Fortnite" or "Fortnite Battle Royale" won't get you anywhere. What type of Android device you're using will determine where and how you install the game.

Players with Samsung Galaxy devices are the first to be invited. If you have a Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, S8, S8 Plus, S9, S9 Plus, Note 8, Note 9, Tab S3, or Tab S4 then go to Game Launcher. From there, search for Fortnite and download the installer. That's it. You can also download the game straight from Epic's Website.

The Android Beta will begin opening up for other devices soon.
